I thought I'd show you what I painted this year... I hope no one is on dial-up anymore, because there are quite a lot of pictures under the cuts!

These are gorgeous! I think my favorite is the colors in the surfer one but they are all amazing!

thank you! I am really happy you like it! and the surfer gets you in the aqua!feels, right? *grins* the pic doesn't do it justice, in fact, I am really proud of that one :)

You're a very talented lady,Lou and every one of your art projects is a gem.I loved the picture you used in one of your Christmas cards and the one,inspired by New Orleans is simply beautiful and inviting and I really love the minimalistic flowers one.And 3D!Bunnies are awesome and the 'travel book' is such a great idea!

it means a lot coming for you, as you are definitely someone I really look up to for your mastery of colors in art. so thank you! it's great to know what worked for you. I had a lot of fun with my subjects this year, I am happy it seems to come through :)

Oh Lou. I love them all. Seriously, I cannot begin to express how wonderful they are. I'm so envious of anyone with an ability with painting. I used to do art, but I never really managed painting very well. I was better at pencil drawings, although I daresay not even that talented there, LOL!

I think my favourites are the cat, the surfer and the bunnies! What an awesome idea that last was! You are truly an original, my dear! And I so loved my Christmas card if I never said. I can't get enough original art! ;-)

thank you love, you are so nice to say so! and I've been painting for a while now, it helps ;) you are wonderfully creative, and I am sure that you'd do great at painting too if you just gave yourself the chance without being self conscious.

I love knowing which projects worked for you! they were all fun to do (and yes, you were very flattering with the love for the X-Mas card, thanks again!)
