I'm totally tempted to put the fic on hold myself. it's there and I love it, but i have other deadlines elsewhere I could be working on!

I don't think so because it's not the same bigbang... as far as I know, it was in fact created in reaction to that wank, and it was explicit from the start that they allowed all pairings, including Chin/Kono.

nope, I think we're dealing with a mod falling off the face of the earth (and it sucks! lol! happened to me once earlier this year, but then someone else took charge and everything was ok in the end, thank god)

it's a lot of hours at the shopping mall for the exhibit for sure! but it's also lots of fun, so I'm not complaining ;)

I signed up as an artist, there is an LJ mirror at hawaii_bigbang and I got response to my question on when claims would happen, apparently some authors wouldn't release plots or something IDK I am getting really annnoyed.

Maybe its because I run so many big bangs, but this kind of modding is very frustrating to see. There is another big bang for the fandom that looks ran a lot better h50_bigbang and I am going to PM the mods there and see if they will lower the word count so authors from the other big bang can transfer in if things don't get better.

as far as I understood in the FAQ - and comments -, the DW bigbang I'm in doesn't have a LJ mirror! I always thought it was separate from that LJ one...

it is very frustrating, I agree with you. I've been in a couple of your bigbangs (even one you rescued) and you run a tight ship: no wonder that kind of behavior gets on your nerves! if you have any feedback at how that h50_bigbag comm on LJ would take in strays from other bigbangs who went kaput, I'd love to hear about it (my DW one had a 20K limit, too)

Okay, so I've been added as a mod at hawaii_bigbang and am getting things going again there so if you and any other of the DW big bang authors want to transfer over we'll take you on!
