It's been a very hot couple of days, went up to 31 today. Very humid, too. We had a massive thunderstorm, it had been a while I'd seen one so big, and around 2 pm, too. Came home early to eat because I had my workout, and thought about how much of a heat stroke I would get running around for 90 minutes only to drive there (in blissful AC) to find

One province over here we have the heat, but not the thunderstorms. Many of us taught with the lights off and as many electronics shut off as possible. It's supposed to be hotter tomorrow. Not looking forward to the girl's soccer in this damp heat.

I think the last thunderstorm helped with the humidity. it was again real hot today, but better, and now in the last hours the temperature went way down. should be able to sleep well tonight!
it must be so hard teaching with everyone dying of the heat! not the best environment for learning, the kids must be apathetic! and yeah. sports hell :/
