wanting to play with my new iPod, I accidentally fucked up my wireless network a few days ago. I just fixed it now, thank god, because being back with a cable for the laptop sucked.
That means I could start downloading applications and gadgets in the iPod, that I will try as soon as I finish typing this. So my question is, if you have a iPhone or a iPod touch:

- what are the applications you love? and why should I get them too?
- I tried to put some vids on the thing to, to try, but I didn't have anything readily compatible (and was too cheap to buy something on iStore for now). Do you convert files? with what? if I have movies *coughStarTreckIronMancough* on my computer in .avi, is there a way to put them on the iPod?
