I am going to a party friday, and another on saturday. Between now and then, I need to make my red and black pinafore apron...

I am going as Little Siouxsie Homemaker. :D
(pinafore over one of my more elaborate outfits, with big hair (to the left), and Siouxsie makeup.

I am not certain, yet, if that is what i will do for both days or not. But I *do* have a magic closet of costume goodness, so I can always punt on Saturday.

I'm giggling over your first sentence because my best mate always teases me by calling Halloween my high holy day. :)

I will be working my tail off once again at HighBall Halloween for the runway show. It's a pretty spectacular street party in my city's arts district. I'll be showing three pieces from my regular collection and one insane, over the top, high fashion costume. I think I spent about two weeks just sculpting and styling the wig, if that gives you any idea how elaborate it will be. I'm really excited to show it off! After I get photos, I'll post some here.
After HighBall winds down, we'll probably head over to Outland or Circus for the usual goth/industrial fare.

we are still decorating our yard, making new headstones to add to the cemetery this year. more lights, more hanging ghosts, etc. i'm not sure if we will take the little one trick or treating as she's only 5 months old, or if we will stay home to scare kids and hand out candy.
we will be going to a haunted hayrise this weekend if all pans out. i do love halloween!

I had a party for my Goth Meetup group on Wednesday, and I'm going to a party on Saturday night. I may stop in at a haunted house or two, but other than that, there's a rather disappointing dearth of Halloween events in my neck of the woods. I have to work until 20:30 that day anyway, so maybe it's all for the better.
