Appearances can be deceptive - I bought a new warm walking coat later that day. It was beautiful. Had fun climbing under that fallen tree to take the photo.

thank you. :) pity you seemed to have such a grey day for it. i think i might switch back to some Ffestiniog Railway wallpaper on my computer at work tomorrow. :)

The photos don't do it justice because it was actually a breathtakingly beautiful journey. The train was pretty rocky though so I couldn't take many pics. I have some more on my phone which I need to download.

I love that my room was in the battlements, but I was disappointed that the door to the turret in the corner of the patio was locked ;)
