Yup - the foam - well it sticks and just dries on you. It's when you try to wash it off - then it turns into soap, which is really difficult to get off in a public restroom. (Full of victims, too.)
So then you get a soapy face, soapy hands, soapy clothes (and bag...), and if you're distinctly unlucky, soapy eyes which sting like mad. Then you realize perhaps you should have left it 'til you got home.
