Here is an $18 find from Habitat for Humanity. The pic is a little bluer than it should be...the tiles are one by one black granite with laser etching....

Awesome find. I'm certainly envious. And I hadn't thought of Habitat for Humanity as a potential source, but now I can recall seeing a store front in town somewhere.

If you have one in your vicinity, visit it early and often. Not only does HfH sell off excess building supplies, but many builders will donate excess for tax purposes. Either way, there's no telling what you'll find, and you'll usually get some great advice on projects, too. (There's one just east of Dallas that I visit, and it's worth the trip as far as I'm concerned.)
