I felt like crying. You created a very peaceful atmosphere, and I think this is the main reason it was so terribly... oppressive (beklemmend?). You know, everyone can write sad scenes with sad atmosphere and where people die or whatever, but this little piece of fiction you created was calm and, uh, angsty. ;_;

Whatever!! One of your nicest drabbles! (I like the ones best where the feelings are as intense as in this thing here. =)) And gratulations to be the world champion =D

Thank you! :D As much as I like writing funny drabbles, sometimes I just need to write something angsty. While I was watching Masters last night it really struck me the way things seemed to go, it was like Farin had decided everything, as if splitting up was the most natural thing in the world and the right thing to do, without even discussing it with Bela. And I thought "Wow, that must've been hard for Bela." And the setting must have made it all worse, because they were on holiday, they were supposed to have fun and then... that.
