I finally picked up Barenaked Ladies Are Me and so far am completely blown away. This is the first BNL album since Maroon that I don't completely hate and Maroon wasn't exactly a highlight for me. Seriously, folks. Ignore the stupid name and give this a listen.

My much anticipated trip to Asheville this weekend is being cancelled due to lack of funds. Meh.
On that note: anyone have any leads on potential fun in the local area this weekend? I've been planning on this trip for so long that now I'm at a loss. Alternately, anyone up for beer-o-rama 2006?
