Have fun at the tradeshow! What are you promoting there?
I would love to be able to post pics afterwards. Right now, I'm trying to convince my parents to go so that they can take pictures of me. Otherwise, I'll just have to hope that someone on lj will show up to snap a photo or two.
No, she's definitely not allowed to have any of that. One of the first questions I got asked by the agency was whether I had any marking/peircings. That was quickly followed up with, "do you have blonde hair?" Next came the "what dress size are you?"
Barbie has to fit a certain look; I'm lucky that they accepted my answer of "I'll wear high heels" when they were told that I was only 5'3" barefoot.
To be completely honest, chances are I got the email, read it, forgot to respond to it, and now it is hiding somewhere in my inbox. I've been pretty busy with school and work, and consequently, I've been neglecting my email alot lately. Infact, my college email account is almost completely full of junk mail right now because I haven't had time to go through it all.
I'd say that for right now, let's shelve it until I know that I will have enough time to really plan it out with you. Is that okay?

Was I not allowed to use the image? I think it is awesome! I found it by doing a google search. Sorry if I was not allowed to post it. Hopefully it drew more attention to your work.
Please let me know how I could maybe get a copy of this image. I think I'd even like to buy it from you to display in my house. I really think it is awesome.

well, technically, you should never directly link to someone's graphics (since it uses up their bandwidth of which they probably pay for). however, i don't care about all that- i'm just cleaning up my web server- lol.
the picture is a painting called "st. barbie" by mark ryden (a semi-famous contemporary artist who's done covers for bands like weezer). i was really turned onto his work after seeing his wondertoonel exhibit here in los angeles.
