I have been waiting for your review of this film, so I am glad to read this. Looks like I will be trying to get to this one, after all. :)

I saw it in Imax 3D, and it didn't seem too dark to me (and I have poor night sight). I really like how they handled the interaction between Charlie Hunnan and Rinko Kikuchi - slashable but not actually romantic, they were shield brothers above all else.

Looks like I'll need to find someone to watch the MiniViking so we can go see this.
