Someone should file suit against France or Great Britain or any of those countries on the grounds that letting certain neighborhoods impose sharia on all passersby is a violation of human rights.

Preferably Britain. At least France has the guts to restrict veils.

When I visited London in 1997, I noticed a lot of written Arabic but gave it little thought. When I return next year, I hope to steer clear of the Islamic side of town.
