Damian had found little trouble hailing a cab. It was convincing him that he had not stolen the money and yes, he was going to Wayne Manor. He supposed American children did not carry around one hundred dollar bills regularly ( ... )

Mar'i's rosy lips form a little 'O' of surprise: the boy standing in front of her looks a lot like Grandpa Bruce!

"... do you really know him?" The cabman wants to know.

"Damian! Right?" The girl exclaims in response, flashing the boy a smile.

Damian's eyebrows rose at this strange girl, with the glowing eyes of a most alien shade of green. "That would be correct." he asked, cautiously. Had Father gotten another Robin, a female? That would be most upsetting, there were only so many times his place could be usurped. "And you are?" Moving past her to enter the home and shut the door in the cabbie's face.

... she blinks. That wasn't very nice of Damian...

"Mar'i. Mar'i Grayson," she replies.

"Young Master Damian! It's a real pleasure to have you back home!" Alfred comes up to the children, sporting a welcoming smile. "My kitchen is always open for you young man. But first, let me introduce you properly to Young Mistress Mar'i, who incidentally is living with us these days."

The Young Mistress in question nudges Damian in the back. "Oh, we already introduced each other, Alfie."

Damian jolted at being nudged and wondered if she was challenging him to a fight. Her familiarity was cloying...but he needed her as an ally. "Indeed," he finally said. Would changing be too much of a sign of guilt? No, Pennyworth would want him to be mussed for late dinner. "Before eating, I shall change into my night clothing. I trust I have the same room?" He wanted the best bedroom, but that would belong to Grayson.

"There has been no change in the allocation of the rooms, Young Master." Alfred reassures the youngest Wayne. "Would you like something to eat as well, Young Mistress?"

"Ah, er... no, thanks Alfie."

"Very well then. Now, if you allow me, I will get your dinner ready." And this said the elderly butler leaves the hall.

Damian leaned closer to Mar'i. "I trust you will remain discrete to our conversation?" he asked. He would prefer her as his ally but if she kept asking unpleasant questions, he would be forced to figure out a way to rid himself of her, which would be unpleasant. "Also, please inform me more about yourself?"

(OOC: She can meet him after his shower for a snack?)

The girl blinks. "He is Timmy. I told you about him before? The Tim from an alternative universe?"

Damian remembered, but had hoped that was a joke. "Yes, I recall. So, another one?" he asked haughtily. "My father's kindness knows no bounds." At least this one looked weaker. He would not kill...but maiming or seriously injuring was still allowed. So many training accidents could happen.

Okay, she definitely didn't like that. Mar'i's face darkens. "What do you mean?" She inquires.

Tim raised an eyebrow. This kid was... definitely giving off strong "asshole" vibes. "Yeah, another one," he said, frowning at Damian. "I've been here for a few months--haven't noticed you around. I didn't even know Bruce had a kid."
