So. In the Sims 3. You can choose traits for your Sim. My Sim enjoys extreme sports.

Everything he does is Extreme. He takes Extreme Showers until he's Extremely Clean. He plays Extreme Computer games and he can take Extreme Naps.

Seriously, those are the menu options.
