Pete! I kept grinning for ten minutes after seeing his name at the beginning of the episode. Such a nice surprise. :D

Actually, Sam Jones has a recurring role on ER, as the gay paramedic brother of one of the doctors. I think he's going to be gaybashed by his fellow paramedics in an upcoming episode. But it was nice to see him, even if it was only one scene.

Mercedes has another cool guest starring role coming up. Do you already know what it is, or if you don't, do you want to?

I don't mind knowing when somebody is going to guest star on a show I watch. It was a nice surprise to see her.
