A learning curve is inevitable. I'm discovering that a lot lately. There are plans in the works to better our lives but I can't really talk about that yet. At least not until some action is taken. Talk is not enough

Your internet could very well have to do with the main service pole/port thing they have for it. When I first got mine mine hooked up it wasn't at full speed either and the guy did some tests and went out to the pole/port thing in our area and fixed it. That could very well be whats happening with yours.
