Um, you DO know that bettas want to be alone in a very small enclosure, don't you? A single 4" bowl is best for bettas, and definitely NO COMPANY. Just checking!

The guy at the pet store said as long as he isn't in the same tank as another male betta he would be fine. We shall see. There are two guppies left and they're still alive and eating.

Yup and they are eating and swimming around, so maybe they will live.
