I have one lip piercing already. ;D I am the only person I know that has one, though. lol Lip piercings do not hurt as bad as you would think. The lip is not as hard as cartilage so it goes a bit more smoothly. :) In fact, when I had my birthday piercings done (I had my lip re-pierced after it had closed up and also got a new cartilage piercing) the lip piercing did not hurt at all yet when I got the cartilage done I was almost in tears and thought I was going to throw up. The woman who pierced me ended up getting me a Dr. Pepper so I could have a jolt of sugar. XDDDD;
I have been told about gifts before and while it is nice to know, I still like being surprised. :D It seems like all my friends have to know what they are getting. -.- I swear, during the Christmas holidays I get bugged through text, IM, and in person. I should just give them all coal and amuse myself. XD

I might not be able to give out Christmas cards though because I know nothing about giving one. Prolly next Christmas, I think.

No worries; Not everyone does! :D I am not expecting any cards from anyone on LJ, this year. But I still want to show my love for the holiday and my friends in this way. (My family is big on Christmas cards. ^^) I just buy a box of holiday cards or if I have the money I will hand pick them out (buy a special one for each friend. :) This year it was the box, though. ^^;;). I ask if anyone wants one and then I just fill out the card with a special greeting and a "Happy Holidays" or "Merry Christmas".
Ooh, a piece of advice if you want it for next year? Be careful about postage. I sent a card to Germany this year and I did not put the right about of stamps on it so I had to pay the person who delivers my family's mail $0.42 so it could be mailed. XDD; Oops! *embarrassed*

I kinda want a lip piercing, but everyone has one so I'm a bit hesitant to get one. (That and I don't want to experience pain. XD)
I hate when people bug me about presents. I never give them hints. I don't like getting hints about my gifts either. Well...sometimes. XD
