(Like last time, it's posted on the mod account journal because I don't want to enable anonymous comments on the exchange community.)

Catelyn Stark is less beautiful when he sees her in the dimness of his captivity, grief and war written along the curve of her cheek, but what little light filters through catches on the red in her hair, and really, he isn’t at his best either. He’s only ever, in his life, been with Cersei but he’s drunk enough and desperate enough to have her, and perhaps guilty enough, too.

Sometimes you can fuck away your pain, you know, he wants to tell her. Take it from someone who knows all too well. And her hair is still red, after all

Ohhhhh so perfect!

I absolutely love the emphasis on red hair as a rarity; of course that's how a Lannister would value things, and it grounds Jaime's little kink in something very real and powerful.

All of the Jaime/Cat memories are just flawless, from the innocence of that first encounter- he just wants to touch her hair...ahhhh all the feeeeels..- to the fact that he seriously considers seducing her while in captivity. Amazing.

And, of course, allll the love the in the world for your Jaime and Sansa moments. It's so interesting that he is constantly qualifying Catelyn's beauty- yes, she has the red hair, but she's not as beautiful as Cersei, not as beautiful when he sees her in his cell- but he acknowledges Sansa as something else, something rarer (again with that fabulous motif) and more special.

Queen When she first sees the two other heads of the dragons, Shireen resents it. She doesn't know why exactly but she does and now that she's seated on the iron throne she can fully think about it though the two other heads both are not at court. Tyrion Lannister is in the west, in some peaceful house with books and wine probably. He would have been a better choice for the throne some say, but the people of what was former called Westeros never warmed to him

Love it. King in the North Rickon is epic (you just know he wields the reforged Ice :D), and Edric/Shireen ... but most importantly Shireen being so, so much Stannis' daughter, it's beautiful. DUTY. <3 Stannis probably ran off with Jon in this wait what?

Edric/Shireen is practically canon tbh ^^. I would love some great friendship between Rickon and Shireen. Him in the North and her in the South.

Jaime/Brienne - gender role reversal

Any typical courtly love trope that you can think of with the typical roles switched. IE she saves his life and he kisses her in thanks or she's the one making the first move or heck, if we want to go the porny way she's the one usually topping him (in case, please have it consensual and with the both of them getting off on it). Bonus points if Jaime snarks his way through whatever happens.

#1: oh dear this is looong and idk if the tension is romantic enough - this wasn't going to not stay platonic unless I wrote another 10k words of it but I might see to expand on it. adwd!theon is hard to get into a romantic situation dammit. aanyway I really hope it works for you.

#2: also, backstory: in my head, in this thing Robb has stayed back with Jeyne for some reason and never went to the Red Wedding at all, but it still happened anyway and everyone else who died in there is still dead in this. And re Theon I might have spared him a few months of quality time with Ramsay.

The last thing Ramsay Snow says, before the blade of Robb’s sword meets his neck, is that there’s a gift for him in the dungeons.
