The slashes repel Akabane momentarily, causing him to scramble to revcover his newly slashed hat.

"Yes! Just like that!"

He jumps back and unleashes a flurry scalpels, that surround Kenpachi and move in on him.

"Bloody Hurricane!"

*leaps into the air, cutting at any scalpels that may be in his path, in an effort to escape the attack*

*the scalpels continue, following his path of motion.*

*hits the ground, and acting more on instinct than thought, dashes for Jackal- to attack or to get him caught up in his own attack as well, whatever might happen to happen*

*dashes forward brandishing a scalpel, hoping to trap Ken between himself and the scalpels following from behind him.*

"Let's go!"

*swings a scalpel at his neck*

*charges forward, recklessly slashing straight at Jackal and the scalpel being swung him, before leaping over him just on the verge of running him down*

*ducks from the blow, crushing the scalpel into his hand and forming a sword from his blood.*

"More!"

*Swings up, to meet a possible strike.*

*is turning even before he hits the ground again, slashing hard downward*

*clashes swords with the scarred man, not yielding an inch*

♥ "You're going to need to try harder, Ken-chan."

*follows the first strike with a second, slashing again and again with inhuman strength and speed*

*parries with his own inhuman power, ducking low to try and sweep him after blocking the strike.*

*leaps into the air, swinging his sword downwards as he does so*

He jumps back, putting his sword low.

"This isn't getting us anywhere, is it?"

*hesitates a moment*

What, yeh sayin' yeh wanna quit?

He smiles.

"I believe I have misjudged my opponent. I am not prepared for a full scale sortie right now. More research is required."
