OKAY Clint and Natasha have a looooong history spanning many decades of team ups, but also a lot of it is really far back in continuity. I don't know what... to say about it, but if you want me to tl;dr or sum up issues, I can. Just browsing your app- Natasha didn't disappear, she was attacked by Russian agents, who beat her up, then Clint called an ambulance and was too wimpy to follow up on it after that and the Russians took her (again)!! Hey guess what! All of my Marvel characters have history with Clint! Hooray!
You know about him and Bobbi already, so I won't bother rehashing that. Hawkeye was a member of the Avengers when Angelica first joined, and he ended up sponsoring her membership to the team (and also being a little creepy towards her, if you ask me, since she was like 18 years old at the time...) Matt and Clint have an amazing ex-girlfriend in common, and they had a really hideous fight over Natasha which included the destruction of Natasha's beautiful bay window. Oh yeah, and Kate has Clint's bow. And name. And blessing, presumably.

Billy is on the Young Avengers and Clint's made appearances when they've been around so they know of each other, have met face to face, and both fought in big group battles against bad guys before but that's about it lol. Looking up the pull point, it's around the same time that Avengers Children's Crusade was released so if you want more information on that, I'll be happy to delve into it if you're not familiar with it. Most of the Marvel people I think are from before it so I'm just assuming that for the moment. Basically it's just Billy getting into trouble because he has weird powers like his mama Wanda lolz.
