It's terrible because Metis has canon knowledge of at least Batman and Superman, World of Warcraft, Watchmen, Lord of the Rings, and probably passing knowledge of basically everything in C&C.

which is terrible, but he doesn't actually want to break the fourth wall. Unless he's saying he's from Gotham, which he does sometimes.

And then he'd spend most of his time attempting heroics but really just being too lazy to be of any real use. Video games are much cooler when you don't have to like. Be the character.
