...Well, you could potentially eliminate Misty Knight from there, because all I know is that she's Danny Rand's gal and she was in some steamy 70's kung fu team-ups with a LOT OF NUDITY.

And if we can pressure June to reapp Ult!Spidey then my vote would be on Spider-Woman! :3 AND STUFF.

Honestly I probably wouldn't app Spider-Woman right now because her canon is in limbo. Like, how did she get her powers back, exactly? I feel there's a lot of stuff that is going to be explained with her, that hasn't been, yet, and that makes for awkward rping.

Unless you wanna do it old school from her first series, anyway.

I would pull her from her first series to eliminate the issues with current canon, yes. She's the one that I'm least confident in atm because of how much I still have to read of her, though.

Mmmm, well, then you just have all the issues that come from being at a completely different timeline than everyone else. And all of the wonky retcon stuff with her origin.
