can i just say that i am SO VERY SAD that you dropped her! though i know, I REALLY DO, just how hard it is sometimes to play individuals who are really creepy and/or really detached and just don't really want to interact with people that much. i was really hoping that there'd be a way to try to integrate her into team heaven somehow!

i'm not sure! i know BM's way of going about things is to hurt the people around her. teddy himself is hard to 'damage' per say and has been on the slab once in canon pretty much cut open by a scientist who was like OH HOW CUTE HIS ORGANS EVADE MY SCALPEL ISN'T HE WONDEROUS I CAN CUT ON HIM INDEFINITELY AND HE WON'T DIE~~~~ so he's kind of been there done that (even though it STILL HURTS). if he goes after people close to teddy in an attempt to fuck with HIM and therefore by proxy with selina -- then there's gonna be problems. IS THAT BM'S STYLE?

Aww, I'm sorry. It's just... it was hard coming up with reasons for her to talk to people ALREADY and she was starting to go one-note in my head. I'd rather axe a character than play them crapily.

BM's style is... pretty much the scientist you described. He's about causing pain more than killing people (he lets a number of his victims survive on purpose, like Slam) and Ari gave him healing powers for the SOLE PURPOSE of Roman being able to keep his victims alive for longer D:

So if he can't kill Teddy? He'll probably be THRILLED. As in "Hey there Selina, look how many times I can make his kid eat his own liver! \o/ *insert video footage here*" I'd think going after Teddy's friends would be a bit of a stretch, as Teddy would be more of a tool to get to Selina than anything else.

(You'd have to confirm all this with Ari, of course, but that's my take.)

see now HERE'S THE THING. canonly i don't think BM would be able to REMOVE teddy's liver because of the nature of his powers! unconsciously teddy's vital organs shapeshift and move out of the way in order to prevent being tampered with. (i'd have to ask some of the YA cast and the runaways themselves since that seems to be the implication of what was going on with the warden when teddy was on the slab the LAST TIME.) but YES PRETTY MUCH BM COULD INFLICT PAIN ON TEDDY INDEFINITELY AND NOT EVEN HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT HEALING SINCE TEDDY WOULD DO IT FOR HIM. HOW CONVENIENT.
