Okay, no, that's not my question. But there is a question! It's been far too long without one, by which I mean about a week, my god. Whether they're taking a break from helping grandmas cross the street, their 9-to-5, or selling orphans on the black market, what do your characters do in their down time?

carrie: what downtime. ALL TIME NOT SPENT TRAINING IS SPENT PATROLLING.
or playing video games.
BUT MOSTLY IT'S TRAINING AND PATROLLING. she used to indulge in vidja games way more often, but now it's like. a monthly thing. maybe. and then once in a blue moon she picks up a book or something, but rarely finishes them.

khisanth: working out spells to provide power (and probably now water too) to her apartment without illidan to power it. also, cozying up to various guys (usually NPCs, sometimes james bond) to get them to buy her dinner. also, sex with said guys (if attractive/attentive/polite enough). also, swimming anywhere but the ocean/gross rivers. also, flying. also, turning into animals to casually spy on people. also, eating folks.

actually all of khisanth's time is down time, who am i kidding.

DAMIAN █ doesn't believe in the concept of downtime. If he's not out on patrol, he's training, or he's building something, or pouring over information. This actually drove him crazy when his leg was broken, because there was only so much reading and science projects he could do. In the city, he wanders around people-watching a lot (he calls it research). Basically he likes productivity, and tries to make sure all his waking hours are spent doing useful things.

DONNA █ has a lot of hobbies! The most obvious one is photography, and she can be found flying around the City snapping shots a lot of the time. She also likes fashion and shopping, and watching chick flicks and recreational reading. She cooks, she works out, she takes people out to lunch. She has a pretty active social life, and likes being around people, so she just drops in on people a lot, too.

CLINT █ spends a lot of his spare time hanging around Avengers Mansion, annoying people. By which I mean there's the typical tussle over the remote, and watching his favorite

Lust is very much a creature of habit when it comes to her leisure time! She's also very much a creature of.... not giving herself any leisure time. Like 90% of the time she'll be doing something, usually while running through the Network with a fine-toothed comb, and even when she's supposedly having downtime she sort of combines it with her overall creepy prerogatives. She's grown to like shopping, but she does it so that nobody can see her ouroboros or gloves, she'll go to restaurants or cafes but only so she can eavesdrop, she reads books but they're usually history texts so she can further familiarize herself with this world's background, etc, etc. When she's really and truly not doing shit, however, she basically has....... grandma hobbies. In an ongoing quest to make herself more familiar with the City's culture, she watches movies! Old movies! She's started to develop a definite preference for depressing noiry suspense movies where all the principal characters die at the end. She also watches historical documentaries, mostly

ZATANNA likes magic. a lot. pretty much the entirety of her downtime is spent doing things that are magic-related (illusions or genuine magic): learning, memorizing, perfecting, changing, reading, finding artifacts, etc, etc. this also goes for in the city. she is a nerd. :(

she throws herself into work a lot to avoid getting close to people and tries to find contentment in being alone, though it's really the last thing she wants. conflict of interest kind of makes it hard.

music is important, as is reading. she's that hipster who sits and listens to music in a room alone with a glass of wine (and sometimes a book, sometimes in the bath).

also, trolling. always trolling.

ANDY loves to cook. and kind of has mostly been chillaxing and being a creep and just waiting for the craziest chick in the city to fall in love with him. HE HASN'T BEEN HERE ALL THAT LONG. GIVE HIM A BIT.
