My vote goes for draw, either yourself or get others to do so. There's definitely a fair few artists in this comm that can draw icon sets for reasonable prices, if you're feelin' lazy and have the money. xD

YOU SHOULD TOTALLY DRAW THEM I LOVE ART ICONS. or i could draw them! i have... jeez. 53 out of 173 icons that i drew myself when did that number get so high... ANYWAY they're all the icons marked as "please don't steal!", and excepting the one or two in that bunch that were just drawn for me, if you wanna go see what that'd look like. 8)

FFFF I'm glad I am not the only one who

A. struggles with girly things
and
B. is frustrated by Fallout's complete lack of facial expression and iconningness.

When I played Charon foreverago I hit up Deviantart for some of the less disturbing fanart pieces, and got a friend to icon some game screencaps. :c Anna made some Veronica icons for me a long time ago, she might still have them. I'll ask when I see her next.

Drawing them will probably get the best result in the end, but I also think the photoshopping will work fine until then. If I had any art talent at all I'd offer to help, but sadly I suck.

Also I feel your pain about fallout and it's lack of facial expressions.
