And Cygnus I find hard to describe. He sounds like a normal American boy for his age, not very deep.

I go with Lust's dub actress, because Laura Bailey is like perfect as her, so she's got this smooth, murmury phonesexish cadence to her voice. Which is apparently higher than olesia thought it would be! There's sort of cold intimidation to it, though. Here's a good example of it EXCEPT SHE SAYS CLUELESS HUSTLER..... WHAT DOES THAT MEAN, and if you don't... live in America I think this might work? She seems to talk in a slightly different tone of voice when trying to be undercover or seem less susceptible. PERFECT DISGUISE.

NINA IS QUIET AS HAYLE not that I haven't made that obvious so far but seriously the girl needs like a megaphone to be heard

OH YEAH and Marceline is voiced by Olivia Olsen, who was also coincidentally the little girl who sang All I Want For Christmas Is You in that gem... of cinema...... Love Actually. She basically just sounds like a punkass teenage girl! Also she has a pretty decent singing voice.

ARADIA has no voice in canon but I picture her sounding very monotone unless she's shaken up? And like a 13-year-old, duh. She gets a weird robotic flanged voice when she turns into... a robot duh.
