Okay, it's not really a personal question...

How old is your character? When is their birthday? What is their zodiac sign? What about their new zodiac sign? What about their Chinese zodiac? Is there a meaning behind their birth date/star sign/numerology/etc.? Answers can be canon, head-canon, whatever.

November 15th, 1976. Painstakingly chosen by yours truly -- according to Eddie's post-Crisis re-written origin in Detective Annual 8, it's pretty clear that he's younger than Bruce. He leaves Connecticut asap (presumably aged 18, right after high school) and skips off to his Gothamite adventures. This includes: carnival shows! UPS service! Crappy jobs that nearly break his soul! Safe-cracking! Petty theft!

And finally, performance art. Er, riddling. Batman is already establish and post-I-Am-A-Myth status.

Bruce is magically not mid-forties (or sometimes, not even forty), so I have to ballpark younger than that. And it just so happens I wanted Eddie to be born in the YEAR OF THE DRAGON, because doesn't that scream flamboyant egotist?

November 15th, because I wanted him to be a Scorpio. MYSTERIOUS, CREATIVE, OBSESSIVE AND CONTROLLING. I mean, it's practically in his name. The made-up name, not his real one.

Zoidberg... was born in the 2960's sometime. I'm going with 2965. I have no idea what that will be in the Chinese zodiac... Anyway, he'd be about 44-45 years old in human years.

His birthday is the day after Amy Wong's. These dates are never confirmed in canon, but because I am weird, I'll go with the broadcast date of the episode that mentioned this fact as being Amy's birthday... which makes Zoidberg's birthday May 7, 2965. He's a Taurus, just like Zatanna! They can bond, hooray!

... Oh wait but he's born after 2009, so that makes him an Aries, like Kiryu!

Matt is thirty-six now. I base this off a few references given in canon, such as him stating that he is twenty-nine years old in the issue before the Born Again arc, and using Spider-Man's age as a reference. Anyway, given the Born Again came out 25 years ago this year, aging him seven years seemed reasonable.

Anyway, his birthday is July 30, 1974, which makes him a Leo and a wood Tiger.

Leo is a masculine fire sign. They are confident, ambitious, generous, loyal, encouraging, pretentious, domineering, melodramatic, stubborn, & vain.

Tigers are daring, generous, defiant, magnetic, warm, yet fearsome, domineering, and overly confident. They are also supposed to be alluring and dominating lovers.... ho ho ho.

Wood tigers are supposedly more generous and people oriented than other tigers, though they have worse tempers and are more volatile when provoked.

heh, this is pretty much impossible for all of my characters! Sob dammit.

But let's see...

Ruka in C&C-verse is now 13, turning 14 in the upcoming year. Since 5D's hasn't given us an actual year it takes place, or birthdates for any of the characters, pretty much everyone I know just slaps Ruka and Rua into falling under Gemini. I picked June 14th because why not, and it's roughly the half-way point between the birthdays of Rua and Ruka's respective Japanese voice actors. I am totally not readjusting for the new Zodiac, because I'm just that lazy. For Chinese Zodiac, she might be a Rabbit. ... shut up.

Terra is currently deceased19, and has a canonic birthday of October 18th, making her a Libra. (Or, new version, Virgo.) There are no years here, since this is Final Fantasy and what are you expecting, buut if I had to assign a Chinese zodiac, it would probably be... a pig? I don't know.

As for Clover, who is actually 18 I SWEAR TO GOD, she gets a birth year! FOR ONCE! She was born in autumn of 2009, making her an Ox, which... is ( ... )

Making shit up because this is a meme and who gives a fuck, Ruka! The Gemini. Which, on the ~darkside~, makes her "an unreliable, rougish sociopath with a light finger and the attention span of a hyperactive mayfly." ... Right.

Setting this with the completely arbitrary birth month of June 2011 (haha...) gives her the Moon sign of ... also Gemini. Haha. Ruling planet is Mercury, bitch rating of A++, and her moon in Gemini means she's "so sharp she'll cut her own throat; could end up conning herself under a different name ( ... )
