Luffy would be either from just after Skypiea (where I'm at for my re-read) or Sabaody Archipelago Archipelago (where I stopped reading awhile ago), while Ace would be from just after getting caught by the Marines.

Sabaody is a pretty convenient pull-point, I mean everyone's been split up anyway. FFFFFF post-Skypeia though, man, that would be far back. XD
