I hate "competitive" moms. I like to keep track of what Aislinn can do in my LJ but that's the extent of it. We HAD a friend with a kid born within 6 days of Aislinn who was walking at 10 months old and at A's 1st b-day she 'couldn't believe Aislinn wasn't walking yet!" *ugh*
So to be a bitch I made sure to point out she had the vocab of a 15-18 month old (her kid wasn't even saying momma yet). It shut her up briefly.
