Loved the new part! Poor Stacey, I felt so bad after she turned away Claude's gift...but I see where she wouldn't have even thought he might have had money to pay for them.
And, of course, pirate Steve! *huggles him*

Heh, writing Pirate Steve is awesome. I think it was almost all Toxic writing him this chapter and then I added a few connective phrases later on. He's not uber pirate in this part, but we think of him the way he was at the end of the movie, so we switch between pirate speak and nomal speak with him. *huggles him* And it's always cute!

Tuesday has become one of my favorite days of the week because I get more Claude and Stacey!

Poor the both of them. Personally, I think Stacey was completely in the right. I mean, he doesn't even trust her enough to tell her he has a job, or occassionally does work, anyway. I can understand if it was completely to buy her the gift and wanted it to be a surprise, but he just got the job and didn't tell her. Personally, I'd be pissed.

Yeah, Stacey's a bit more lenient w/ him than maybe she should be, but she knows he's been through a lot in his life so she'll let it slide.

Awwww Poor Claude!!! Although really, given his past lifestyle and the fact that he never told her about the job - is it any wonder she thought he stole the dress?

Although I did love how he tried to make up for forgetting her birthday! All those roses and a favourite movie and a swanky dress and dinner! That sounds like it would be a fun evening - and lets not forget, hot bithday sex!!!
