I am moving my coffee library project forward and i contacted a coffee "franchise" whom i'm going to meet on business plan and they are providing me a week of training about what a coffeeshop is about, coffee, being a barista and all.. =))From the 7th of may to te 16th.
That's so great! Did they accept you just like that? o__o I may be going to Italy from the 11th of June to the 14th, right after my exams sessions and one month before my graduation paper. My best friend is there on a Erasmus scholarship and she invited me to visit her. I want to go so bad (even though Italy has never been in my wishlist, but i wanna see her) but i'm not sure if i go in the end since it will be such a busy period.
Yes, i made a demand (actually my mom found them for me and sent an email) stating we want to create a business here combining coffee and books, we'd like to know how much it costs to have training because they offer evrything from the marketing project to practice about coffee shop. Then we settled like that, he is from Reunion Island also, i think he is excited by our project, that's a bonus ^^ Ohhh i understand, it's always nice to see other countries anyway and of course if your best friend is there, i know how you feel. xD
ooooh, a barista? That is so cool. : D You'll be able to make little hearts in the milk and stuff! I always wanted to learn that. haha. Have fun i France!
