I personally think that it's less corrupt now... At least the main voting - although as a computer guy I know how easy is to make a computer say whatever we want :)

Im from Serbia, so i know what is ESC, all the problems, scandals
and so on about it... :P (ESC is actually culminates of Serbia and Montenegro cnoflicts... crazy country)
