You are what you eat. Most of us have heard that. I'm on the fence a bit since I know some critters that would not be in good shape if this were absolutely true (looking at you"> freaky eaters...toilet paper? corn starch? bathroom cleanser?). The pomegranate seeds sound gooood. Never thought to add them to a fruit salad. They're tart on their own but would be good in this. Gonna try it for Sunday brunch with a yogurt. Thanks!!

You're right, it isn't too hard to add in some good things to eat. I have been trying to do this and am surprised how simple it is for me to improve my diet and my health.

I have a big salad at work most days and will add more from your list. I like this post.

OMG I will save so much money on prepared grapefruit sections now. I didn't know there was a kitchen skill for removing them from the fruit and have been buying the jarred stuff forever.

I'm going to supreme my own - and try this delicious sounding salad. fresher, cheaper and good.

I would love more recipes like these - simple and make ahead type things I could have ready when its time to eat. I like healthy foods, it is just too much trouble to do the work. I know, I'm lazy.

Would love some ideas or advice on this.
