So, my professor is really nice and smart and passionate, but... I f*ing hate my Early English Drama class.

I made ground seitan tacos with fake nutritional yeast "cheese" and plain soy yogurt for sour cream... and it was YUM. I was gonna make some refried beans to go with it, but meh. I don't feel like it now, and I still have to prepare the sauce for my spaghetti and meatballs tonight. Cooking is fun, but it sure takes a lot of my time.

I made vegan chocolate truffles. They are awesome. But one had cayenne pepper in the coating and now I can't stop coughing!
