Where is your 1st preference that people buy from?

This was totally great! I'm so happy for you, and proud that this turned out so well. I actually learned a LOT about cheese-making and buying while reading this, so ...thank you!

Of course (true to form), I most enjoyed the "retail workers as front-line social services" section, and greatly appreciated your complete lack of judgy attitudes towards other people's cheese preferences. (Food snobbery really has the unfortunate effect of scaring off so many people who could potentially love a range of treats and tastes.)
