When I was working with an animation crew doing the movie EIGHT CRAZY NIGHTS, we got to the basketball scene - and realized that none of our Filipino artists had ever played basketball. So two of the directors and I had to play a game there on the eighth floor of the Xerox building in phoenix just so they could sketch us to animate the scene.
Not as an artist. I was Anvil Studio's Director of Creative Services... which meant I assembled presentations on new projects, and wrote screenplays, and conceptual stuff. On things like ECN and SPIRIT, I was more like the cheerleader for the animators.
Aww! Well, I've been working on them every single day, even if I haven't been posting them. One of these days I'll hopefully have more time to do short stories and post some stuff on the web!

Ok, I feel better now.
There's a nice energy in those two panels. May be the nice bendy, flexible linework.
