i think you're right about the banquets being very important for the corporate image. But I also think that they have two chefs for that job, and they're only really loosing me in the morning for 3 hrs plus about an hour every few days AND they have our breakfast person, Nina, after 3 hrs as well. Seems like with all of that help, they should be able to get their job done. *shrug*
