I'm deleting the post from her journal so here's the information for Koi & Lotus, for whoever it gets handed down to:

Employees

Temari - Manager
Basch - Assistant Manager
Kodachi Kuno - kitchen staff
Travis Touchdown - bus boy

Employee Benefits

The Koi & Lotus has an arrangement with Mao He Xue to provide assistance for employees. Employees need only show up and give their name, and provided that they are on the list provided to the establishment, they'll be given whatever is needed to ensure that their collar is loosened. Time will be billed to the Koi & Lotus and reviews by either of the managers to ensure that the benefit is not being abused. Employees are urged to use this option as sparingly as possible, not only for monetary reasons, but also because it is felt that it should be a last resort.
