It's looking like I might be headed to either Finland or Norway in the next couple months. I've had absolutely no luck finding a job in Seattle. Nothing. I've applied for over 100 jobs since I've graduated, and I've gotten an interview on one. A volunteer job. I've even been rejected from four temp agencies. Whoo

oh my gosh! that sounds so awesome. :) not the whole not finding a job thing, but going to finland/norway!! what exactly is an au pair anyways O: some kind of babysitter/companion? :O

i think if it'll be really hard if you can't understand the dialect.. and to know swedish would be a real resume padder. :O maybe whoever pays more.. XD

i was an au pair and it was one of the BEST experiences of my life! p.s. i am so jealous, i'm kind of obsessed with the idea of knowing both swedish (love sweden) and finnish (LOVE the language)
