I say yes.

I really like what you did with #8 & #15 and your coloring is pretty good. The blending in #11 is a little awkward for me, especially with the bokeh-effect and where it cuts off Peeta's chin. I also think you could have done more with #4, #6, and #10. Maybe blurring the background a little bit, sharpening more, and duplicating layers with different blending styles could give it as much clarity as #15.

I love what you did with 2, 6, and 7. I also like what you were going for for 8. Straight line transitions rarely ever work (for me) but I think a more subtle transition (like blurring/smudging) would work even better. I also like the concept of 3 but the font is a little distracting. If the text were blended into the icon almost to the point where you can barely see it, it would look cleaner. Other than that, it's a definitive "yes" for me :D
