I’m not quite sure myself. All I know for sure is that one of the people here, Sephiroth, has gone insane…again…from what I hear.

I hate to say it, but Wesker is right in what he said down there. This guy has some kind of…ability that I know nothing about. Let’s just get together and hang tight for now. We might have to fight but let’s not get too ahead of ourselves.
