I have the animation all done and colored and everything but when I go to save it as a .gif it's really really slow. Do you know how I could fix that? I feel like I'm missing something really simple here. BTW I have CS3 Creative Suite so apparently Image Ready is built into Photoshop, but no matter what I do the animation is too slow.

Firstly, I'm sorry for the delay in responding. Unfortunately, I'm not online all that much at the moment.

The only suggestion I could give you is to maybe try deleting some frames from the animation and see if that helps speed things up a bit. I have no experience with Creative Suite so I can't give you specific tips regarding that program but, if you want, feel free to upload your animation here and I'll see if there's anything else I can suggest that might be of help.

As I mentioned to the poster above, I've never experienced this particular problem so I can't give specifics on how to solve it. The only thing I can suggest to you is to check out This Thread and see if there's anything on there that might be useful.
