Yonder local public radio station, WTMD, has decided that it's time for the world to have a 'Music Madness' tournament. Worst case scenario, should be good for a lot of musical arguments. I'm surprised that I've not heard of WTMD. :-/

Looking at the bracket, I get the feeling they just threw names in a bowl and drew them randomly.

I wouldn't be surprised if that is how they did it.

Also surprised you didn't know of the station, considering that when the Beatles complete sets came out, they played them all day. Nothin' but Beatles. It was awesome.

I listen to either WYPR or WAMU at home and in the car I vary between 100.7 and 102.7. I would like to listen to WEAA, but I don't like their jazz mix. (Raleigh's WSHA spoiled me. They have an awesome jazz mix, and I'll listen to them streaming online.)

WYPR on Saturday mornings or if I really need the news, WTMD the rest of time. If I get annoyed with WTMD (from time to time they wander off into jam bands or Zappa marathons, and of course they fund-drive) I pop in a CD.
