It's mostly a stab at how fruity TM is, even when he's not trying. I mean, think about it. Boys Schools in Japan are only ever used as a setting for boylove games.

A couple of cosplayers at our local anime con put together a whole pseudo-ballroom-style dance routine to Pump It at the end of last year. It was great to watch.
