Well, I'm not about to rub it in his face that he lost to Kira in the first place. But it's tricky... we don't know when exactly he's going to die, so I'm not sure how exactly to prevent it. Besides, how do you prevent a heart-attaqck anyway?
...except perhaps if that notebook doesn't work cross-world. But that leaves the date to figure out.
