Although I'm not fond of greyed-out weepity Draco (it's his unexpected fire that makes him more than a flat shell), 'The traffic lights at the end of the alley where he was parked bled messily through the water, green as Avada Kedavra, red as Crucio, and cheerful as tacky Muggle Christmas lights.' is a ridiculously awesome line. As is 'He’d like to just sink into the murky depths, his dreams seamlessly blending with nothingness.' And good job with not 'OMG NOW HE DED FROM GAS' (... excuse me while I giggle immaturely at that) at the end. Subtle = good. Also not suttle.
Second reads v. much like a character essay with pretty prose. It's like a rapidfire examination of an essential HD dynamic, but with adjectives! =D =D =D 'It was something that made Potter rage incarnate, passion balled up in some

I totally did number them! I just spelled the numbers out and wrote them in Spanish. And if you don't know what uno, dos, and tres mean, you must be deaf and blind or something.
See, that was the whole point -- Draco couldn't stand weepity Draco. My Draco is usually more fiery. At least when I'm paying attention to characterisation which I'm usually not because I'm stupid. Aww, thank you. I'm usually not that clever.
Commas + Adjectives = OTP OHMFGUH!!!
