Ok, I'm good with Damon being Obi-Wan as long as Alaric is Yoda. He is their Giles, he can be their Yoda!

But there will be no Stefan saying: "I'm your father, Caroline", RIGHT???

1) MOAR CAROLINE. Specifically I want to see her relationship with her mom explored more.

I've always been on board with Caroline/Tyler as a background thing but I think it's developed in my head as a defense mechanism! THE ONLY WAY TO GET THROUGH THIS IS TO STICK TO TANGIBLE GOALS/THROW MY HEART INTO THINGS THE SHOW RUNNERS DON'T SEEM TO HATE!!

Tumblr has kept me informed as to developments. Jeremy can see dead people now too yes? I feel that I should care more about this...

THOSE GIFS ARE RELEVANT TO MY AESTHETIC SENSIBILITIES. I love the way he makes her smile, like Elena has the most adorable look on her face in these, as if she almost can't help herself from smiling, which I think is absolutely lovely! Also, she has this one particular look for him, this mischievous, childlike glance and it's just-- awww :D

YOU ALREADY KNOW I WANT 1 AND 3 LIKE WHOA. Also, they just better handle D/E well this season, I'm going to break down soon if they don't. I just look at them in S1 and I'm all WTF HAPPENED, SHOW? But still, I shall go down with the ship /sigh

NINA AND HER FAAAAAACE. How does it even work.

I just want Elena to set stuff on fire and maybe have a temper tantrum. OR ELSE HOW IS SHE EVEN REAL. I mean I know she is our heroine and a way better person than the rest of us, but I still want to see her suffer.

I HOPE D/E IS GOOD TOO. I haven't hated the spoilers we've gotten about it so that's a good first step. I would love if they got back to a more S1 dynamic tbh. I probably came the closest to shipping it between about 1x17 and 1x22 because their friendship with tension was the cutest thing.
