That happens in this country too (at least in Wisconsin, sometimes). Snow is weird stuff.

We had the same thing today on Montreal... it technically can happen without clouds if you have the right conditions and enough particulates in the air to act as supercondensing nuclei... but to have the right conditions many hours apart... that seems weird to me. :P

YES I HAVE MOVED IN WITH MY AUNT IN NDG and it did this both in the morning and in the afternoon.
